Anforderungen
- •Experience in institutional sales and relationship management
- •Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- •Track record in relationship management, business development, and revenue generation
- •Demonstrated relationship and project management skills
- •Excellent organizational and verbal skills
- •Personal and business integrity
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Demonstrated track record of sales to financial institutions
- •Genuine interest in Sustainable and Responsible investments
- •Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics

Aufgaben
- •Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects
- •Upsell to existing clients
- •Grow ISS' ESG market share and recognition in the investment management community
- •Assess ESG market opportunities and update the sales plan for the territory
- •Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
- •Collaborate with BDR and Marketing managers to define products and marketing plans
- •Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
- •Record client and prospect contacts in the CRM system
- •Share industry and opportunity information with the sales group and other departments
