Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in new business development and closing deals in the supply chain software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of the supply chain software market and industry trends
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop effective territory strategies and account-specific win plans
- Aggressively prospect for new business across multiple functional areas
- Leverage marketing leads and maintain appropriate pipeline coverage
- Understand prospects’ processes and problems deeply
- Ask and answer the right questions to add unique value
- Build and grow relationships within assigned accounts
- Connect prospects’ business objectives with Blue Yonder solutions
- Use a buyer-centric, value-focused approach to demonstrate impact
- Coordinate with pre-sales, business development, marketing, and subject matter experts
- Manage interactions within the customer buying cycle
- Handle various sales scenarios and negotiate towards closing deals
- Gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- Navigate enterprise agreements using value-selling principles
- Prepare accurate forecasts and build a funnel to meet bookings targets
- Document activities in CRM and communicate with sales management
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Blue Yonder products and solutions
