Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- •3+ years of experience in new business development and closing deals in the supply chain software industry
- •Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and internal teams
- •Knowledge of the supply chain software market and industry trends
- •Excellent time management and organization skills
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Build and grow relationships within assigned accounts
- •Connect prospects’ business objectives with Blue Yonder solutions
- •Use a buyer-centric, value-focused approach to demonstrate impact
- •Coordinate with pre-sales, business development, marketing, and subject matter experts
- •Manage interactions within the customer buying cycle
- •Handle various sales scenarios and negotiate towards closing deals
- •Gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- •Navigate enterprise agreements using value-selling principles
- •Prepare accurate forecasts and build a funnel to meet bookings targets
- •Document activities in CRM and communicate with sales management
- •Maintain a working knowledge of all Blue Yonder products and solutions
