Anforderungen
- 3+ years experience managing full sales cycle, meeting/exceeding quotas
- Ability to run structured discovery, solution design, demo meetings
- Strong prospecting mindset, comfort with cold outreach/complex discovery
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, negotiation, value-selling skills
- High learning agility, strong work ethic, ambition to grow
- Preferred background in logistics or freight forwarding
- Fluent German and English; French or Italian a plus

- Build a sales pipeline through self-prospecting
- Manage a sales pipeline with SDR support
- Rigorously qualify sales opportunities
- Align customer needs with Flexport capabilities
- Align customer timing with Flexport capabilities
- Maintain accurate opportunity management in Salesforce
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce
- Lead in-depth discovery with enterprise customers
- Understand customer supply chain challenges
- Engage diverse stakeholders (procurement, ops, finance, leadership)
- Translate complex customer requirements
- Design tailored Flexport solutions
- Demonstrate Flexport's platform and services remotely and in-person
- Manage longer, complex sales cycles
- Maintain clear next-step ownership
- Lead commercial discussions aligned with Flexport frameworks
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Solutions, Finance, Legal)
- Shape and progress sales deals
- Lead customer onboarding process
- Mobilize internal teams for onboarding
- Align internal resources for onboarding
- Ensure smooth transition from sale to execution
- Establish long-term customer relationships
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
