Sales Manager DACH(m/w/x)
Developing regional sales strategy for logistics and freight forwarding in the DACH market. 5+ years of B2B logistics sales experience required. 30 days vacation, gym membership, and parking spot.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in Sales or Business Development within logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record in developing new business and managing key accounts within DACH region
- Experience with tender management, pricing models, and contract negotiations in B2B logistics
- Familiarity with international logistics processes (Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and related customer requirements
- Fluent English and German language skills; additional language skills welcome
- Solid understanding of international transport and logistics operations
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to present complex logistics solutions clearly and compellingly
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement regional sales strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate new leads and manage prospecting activities
- Conduct client meetings and negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Participate in tenders and prepare quotations
- Collaborate with Tender Management and Operations
- Ensure competitive pricing and cost calculations
- Monitor market and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Collaborate with internal teams for project success
