Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable technical field
- Experience in wireless system testing, network validation, and performance analysis within cellular communication environments
- Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR, IoT technologies, and wireless network integration
- Understanding of public and private mobile network architectures and operational requirements
- Hands-on experience with RF testing, KPI-driven product validation, and network performance benchmarking
- Knowledge of wireless protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent English language skills; German or additional languages are a plus

- Verify compliance with performance targets
- Verify compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct latency, throughput, scalability, and coverage testing
- Validate mobility, handover, and inter-radio access technology (IRAT) performance
- Develop test methodologies
- Develop validation frameworks
- Develop automation approaches to improve testing efficiency and quality
- Support certification activities
- Support field trials
- Support customer acceptance testing to ensure technical readiness
- Analyze network performance issues
- Perform root cause investigations
- Provide objective readiness assessments to stakeholders
