Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Physics, or comparable technical discipline
- Several years of experience in wireless communication systems, ideally within cellular or mission-critical communication environments
- Strong knowledge of cellular technologies (4G LTE, 5G NR, IoT connectivity)
- Proven experience in wireless system architecture, requirements engineering, technical concept development
- Hands-on expertise with antenna systems, RF front-end architectures, RF integration, performance optimization
- Knowledge of wireless regulatory standards, certification processes, compliance requirements
- Experience with KPI definition, technical trade-off analysis, RF measurements, troubleshooting, system validation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to drive technical decisions
- Fluent English required
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Define and maintain wireless subsystem architecture
- Drive technical concepts, feasibility studies, and architecture decisions
- Define system requirements, interfaces, and performance KPIs
- Lead antenna and RF front-end integration for optimal component interaction
- Optimize RF performance, coverage, reliability, and system efficiency
- Support hardware development through all prototype phases
- Contribute to certification and compliance activities
- Guide technical decision-making and align cross-functional teams on architecture
