Anforderungen

  • HRBP experience in startup/scale-up environment of comparable size and complexity (100–500 FTEs)
  • Proven ability to coach and upskill managers, including senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience running full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including leadership
  • Strong track record managing performance cycles, compensation reviews, engagement programs, and progression frameworks
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with fast, hands-on execution in an ambiguous environment
  • Skilled at building trust with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
  • Exposure to multi-country EU labor law environments
  • Extreme ownership — responsibility end-to-end and delivering outcomes
  • Fast execution — moving quickly and cutting through complexity
  • Data-driven decision-making — using evidence and insight to guide decisions
  • High candor, low ego — speaking plainly and prioritizing company interests

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to senior leaders and managers
  • Build manager capability through training and hands-on support
  • Identify opportunities and risks, providing quick, high-quality solutions
  • Assist leaders in embedding change and culture initiatives
  • Monitor performance, progression, engagement, and retention using data
  • Manage core people cycles, including probation check-ins and performance reviews
  • Analyze engagement survey results and conduct stay interviews
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee retention
  • Provide insights for headcount planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for priority and leadership roles
