Anforderungen
- •4+ years of HR generalist, HRBP, or HR management experience
- •Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
- •Experience in coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders
- •Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- •Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture

Aufgaben
- •Serve as the main HR contact for designated teams
- •Build strong relationships with leaders to understand their needs
- •Advise on HR-related topics like performance and conflict management
- •Coach managers on people leadership and effective communication
- •Support change management initiatives across the company
- •Facilitate the biannual SMART goal process for performance evaluations
- •Partner with managers to identify development needs
- •Create individual development plans (IDPs)
- •Promote internal mobility and succession planning
- •Maintain and improve the HR wiki and onboarding documentation
- •Ensure policies are compliant with German labor law
- •Collaborate on revising work contracts in German and English
- •Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- •Monitor and improve employee satisfaction through eNPS surveys
- •Contribute to projects that strengthen culture and inclusion
- •Advise on conflict resolution and mediation
- •Support compliant handling of employee relations cases
- •Participate in joint HR initiatives with sister companies
- •Share best practices and collaborate on People Hub projects
