- Partner with key leaders in Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
- Design and execute organization-wide People solutions
- Coach GTM leaders through the full employee life-cycle
- Identify and execute talent needs to meet company goals
- Drive headcount planning and organizational design strategies
- Translate business needs into People programs and policies
- Design and facilitate leadership training sessions
- Manage the success of the performance cycle
- Implement HR best practices to solve business challenges
- Drive initiatives that maintain a high-performance culture
