- Excellent ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- High level of confidentiality
- Very good communication skills, precise written skills, eye for detail
- Fluency in German and English
- Good understanding of insurance industry or real estate
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills

- Manage complex calendars
- Handle communications
- Organize extensive travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth meeting coordination
- Maintain seamless communication
- Execute ad-hoc projects
- Filter emails
- Highlight urgent correspondence
- Manage Board Member's diary and email
- Maintain confidentiality of emails and calendar
- Filter general information and queries
- Redirect or forward phone calls and invitations
- Liaise with relevant individuals and organizations
- Arrange meetings and prepare agendas
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate workshop preparations
- Prepare minutes for meetings
- Manage PIMCO Prime Engagement Survey action items
- Ensure effective management of diary commitments
- Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, personal bookings)
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for the CFO
