Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience in analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related HR/Finance roles
- Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals (benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, incentive plan administration)
- Advantageous multi-country exposure
- Experience with employee benefit plan analysis and administration (a plus)
- Strong analytical capability
- Inclination to quantifying decisions
- Experience in financial modelling
- Experience interpreting large datasets
- Strong writing skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to communicate complex compensation decisions
- Ability to build credibility

Aufgaben
- Lead external market surveys.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis for competitive pay.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for new roles.
- Provide structured, data-backed salary recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders on Rewards programs.
- Communicate Rewards programs to P&O and Associates.
- Support the internal P&O community.
- Respond to compensation inquiries.
- Provide guidance to resolve outstanding issues.
- Support organization design with compensation impact assessments.
- Maintain and evolve salary structures and grading frameworks.
- Develop compensation and benefits dashboards for leaders.
- Perform cost modeling for merit cycles and incentive plans.
- Conduct scenario analysis for structural changes.
- Analyze pay equity and reward program effectiveness.
- Provide clear recommendations based on analysis.
- Partner with HRIS and Finance on reporting automation.
- Enhance data quality controls with HRIS and Finance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Co-own annual merit and incentive processes.
- Ensure governance and timeline adherence for processes.
- Align processes with budget requirements.
- Partner with Finance on compensation and benefits forecasting.
- Review and enhance benefits offerings with vendors.
- Collaborate with local P&O teams on benefits.
- Contribute to the design of new reward programs.
- Roll out new reward policies and guidelines.
- Advise P&O and business leaders on compensation.
- Develop training and tools for managers.
- Communicate compensation processes and philosophy to managers.
- Respond to complex compensation queries with data-backed guidance.
- Ensure reward program compliance with regulations.
- Maintain clear documentation of policies and processes.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency.
- Implement process improvements across markets.
