- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related area
- 5+ years professional HR experience, preferably multinational/matrix
- Strong knowledge of labour law, chemical industry collective agreement; basic social security/tax law knowledge desirable
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Experience in large-scale projects, change management, HR transformation
Aufgaben
- Partner with R&D managers on organizational effectiveness
- Partner with R&D managers on talent management and development
- Partner with R&D managers on retention strategies
- Partner with R&D managers on change management initiatives
- Partner with R&D managers on culture enhancement initiatives
- Advise departments on development, using assessment tools
- Advise departments on employee retention and team building
- Implement the annual Talent Review process
- Coordinate talent and succession planning for key positions
- Establish and track talent and performance KPIs
- Manage annual performance assessments, including calibration meetings
- Manage the annual rewards planning process
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill key positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Lead small and large-scale reorganizations
- Support managers with organizational change implementation
- Partner with business leaders to manage performance
- Develop and implement incentive plans with the business
- Lead and participate in local and global HR projects
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
- Respect works council rights in daily personnel work
- Cooperate with the works council on current issues
