- Drive outbound talent acquisition for technical roles
- Build high-calibre talent pipelines
- Master the in-house TalentForge® system
- Identify, score, and engage candidates using TalentForge®
- Partner with hiring managers
- Understand role requirements and market trends
- Develop creative sourcing techniques
- Craft compelling outreach messages
- Serve as a brand ambassador
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
