- Strong MS Office skills

- Execute the regional recruiting strategy for Central Europe and Switzerland
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize advanced executive search techniques for senior-level hiring
- Maintain a professional network for sourcing and market intelligence
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and recruiting best practices
- Partner with regional heads to align recruitment with business goals
- Act as the primary contact for local leadership and practice leads
- Deploy innovative sourcing strategies and direct outreach methods
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels to enhance candidate pipelines
- Mentor and coach junior members of the recruiting team
- Analyze recruitment results to implement executive search best practices
- Lead special projects for European human capital initiatives
- Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for all new hires
