- Ability to prioritize and organize time effectively

- 4–6+ years of dedicated recruiting experience
- Deep experience in recruiting technical and commercial roles
- Fluency in English and German and/or French
- Proven track record of international recruiting
- Expert knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Craft compelling job descriptions for diverse markets
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across EMEA and APAC
- Ensure a seamless and compliant process within the ATS
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline
- Utilize AI-sourcing tools and regional job boards
- Serve as the primary contact for international candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates across time zones
- Analyze global recruiting metrics for insights
- Make data-backed recommendations for process improvements
- Contribute to HR and recruiting projects
- Enhance employer branding in multiple territories
- Drive the recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer negotiations
- Navigate complex, multi-currency offer negotiations
- Master high-volume, complex workloads
- Adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
- Take ownership of the selection process
- Utilize feedback and data to drive high-quality results
