Anforderungen
- •Organization and process-driven mindset
- •Good listening skills and understanding of global cultures
- •Data-driven approach to track results and improve processes
- •Ability to prioritize and organize time effectively
- •Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- •4–6+ years of dedicated recruiting experience
- •Deep experience in recruiting technical and commercial roles
- •Fluency in English and German and/or French
- •Proven track record of international recruiting
- •Expert knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI

- •Collaborate with global hiring managers to define roles
- •Develop tailored recruitment strategies
- •Craft compelling job descriptions for diverse markets
- •Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across EMEA and APAC
- •Ensure a seamless and compliant process within the ATS
- •Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline using creative channels
- •Utilize AI-sourcing tools, regional job boards, and professional networks
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for international candidates
- •Build strong relationships with candidates across different time zones
- •Analyze global recruiting metrics for insights
- •Make data-backed recommendations for process improvements
- •Contribute to HR and recruiting projects to enhance global initiatives
- •Drive the end-to-end recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer negotiations
- •Navigate complex, multi-currency offer negotiations across all seniority levels
- •Master high-volume, complex workloads in fast-paced environments
- •Adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands
- •Take full ownership of the selection process
- •Utilize feedback and data to drive high-quality results
