- Ensure a safe working environment
- Achieve production and logistics targets during your shift
- Support Production Supervisors in daily operational coordination
- Provide daily technical support to testing operators
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ABB safety guidelines
- Monitor ABB Code of Conduct compliance during your shift
- Support Production Supervisor in executing production activities
- Serve as reference for testing personnel training
- Serve as first contact for issues to Production Supervisor
- Participate in Level 1 Q Circles
- Gather technical and quality issues
- Communicate issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure personnel understand ABB core values
- Ensure personnel understand safety and integrity standards
- Ensure personnel act according to these standards
- Implement and ensure ABB Code of Conduct compliance
- Implement and ensure ABB tool and policy compliance
- Implement and ensure ABB processes compliance
- Promote and enable collaboration within work areas
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Ensure stakeholder alignment
