Aufgaben
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Achieve shift production targets
- Support Production Supervisors with daily operational coordination
- Provide technical assistance to operators across assembly, testing, packaging, and logistics during daily operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ABB safety guidelines, Code of Conduct, tools, policies, and processes
- Support Production Supervisor in executing production activities
- Act as a reference for on-the-job training of production personnel
- Serve as first contact for operational issues
- Escalate operational issues to the Production Supervisor
- Participate in Level 1 Q Circles
- Gather and communicate technical and quality concerns to supervisors
- Ensure personnel understand and act according to ABB’s core values, safety, and integrity standards
- Promote and enable collaboration within work areas
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Ensure stakeholder alignment
Berufserfahrung
- 2 - 3 Jahre
Ausbildung
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
