- Support Production and Logistics Supervisors in executing production activities.
- Provide technical support to assembly and packaging operators.
- Act as a reference for production personnel training.
- Serve as the first contact for operational issues.
- Participate in Level 1 Q Circles.
- Gather technical and quality issues.
- Communicate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure personnel understand ABB core values, safety, and integrity standards.
- Ensure personnel act according to ABB values and standards.
- Implement and ensure compliance with ABB Code of Conduct.
- Implement and ensure compliance with ABB tools, policies, and processes.
- Promote and enable collaboration within work areas.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.
