In this role, you will collaborate with Agile Teams and suppliers to ensure product quality and reliability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing data, managing validation processes, and supporting design improvements for manufacturing and testing.

Anforderungen

• •Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering
• •5+ years of experience in Power Electronics industry, preferably in UPS sector
• •Strong expertise in UPS architecture (single-phase and three-phase systems from 10 kW to 2 MW)
• •Hands-on experience with product validation plans
• •Solid knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, PCP/APQP quality tools and methodologies
• •Deep understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes
• •Fluent or professional-level English (both spoken and written)
• •Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure

Aufgaben

• •Act as a quality interface between Agile Teams, Operations, and Suppliers
• •Analyze test data, quality KPIs, and field return issues
• •Provide feedback on product requirements to influence design for quality
• •Manage quality product validation according to ABB PCP or equivalent methodologies
• •Plan, design, and execute tests for product validation
• •Support Design FMEA, Process FMEA, and PPAP activities in cross-functional teams
• •Contribute to improving Design for Manufacturing and Design for Testing
• •Focus on PCBA production processes
