In this role, you will be at the heart of client interactions, managing relationships and ensuring compliance while supporting private bankers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating schedules, processing transactions, and analyzing client data to provide tailored solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Proven experience in private banking sector
• •Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
• •Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• •Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• •Capacity to work effectively under pressure
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Master’s degree in Banking and/or Finance
• •Excellent command of Microsoft Office
• •Knowledge of Avaloq banking system is a strong plus
• •Assessment on key critical skills relevant for success

Aufgaben

• •Support the commercial function of the Private Banking team
• •Manage client relationships alongside private bankers

• •Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
• •Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
• •Process transactions and manage expense reports
• •Gather information on market trends and competitor offerings
• •Analyze client data and prepare portfolio performance reports
• •Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients
• •Support relationship managers in planning and executing complex client projects
• •Assist clients with everyday product and service tasks
• •Guide new customers through account opening procedures
• •Resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding accounts
• •Maintain confidentiality and security of client data
• •Contribute to policy development and operational effectiveness
• •Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives
• •Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated matters
• •Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies
• •Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
• •Communicate complex information effectively
• •Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• •Attend meetings with private bankers and take detailed notes
• •Ensure prompt execution of client servicing tasks
• •Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• •Draft client correspondence and respond to administrative queries
• •Monitor client activity for potential risk events
