Aufgaben
- Support the commercial function of the Private Banking team
- Manage client relationships alongside private bankers
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
- Maintain client information and manage contracts and agreements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
- Process transactions and manage expense reports
- Gather information on market trends and competitor offerings
- Analyze client data and prepare portfolio performance reports
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients
- Support relationship managers in planning and executing complex client projects
- Assist clients with everyday product and service tasks
- Guide new customers through account opening procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding accounts
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data
- Contribute to policy development and operational effectiveness
- Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives
- Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated matters
- Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
- Communicate complex information effectively
- Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Attend meetings with private bankers and take detailed notes
- Ensure prompt execution of client servicing tasks
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Draft client correspondence and respond to administrative queries
- Monitor client activity for potential risk events
