- •Personalize client interactions across multiple digital channels
- •Enhance digital capabilities when technology gaps are identified
- •Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- •Validate client payment instructions into Avaloq
- •Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders
- •Coordinate with sales, operations, and risk teams
- •Support risk management, compliance, and collections functions
- •Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- •Drive continuous improvement in prescribed activities
- •Supervise team resources and support professional development
- •Escalate policy or procedure breaches appropriately
- •Embed new risk mitigation policies and procedures
- •Advise and influence decisions within your expertise
- •Strengthen controls for owned work areas
- •Analyze factual information to make evaluative judgements
- •Communicate complex or sensitive information to teams
- •Liaise with clients in English and French
- •Issue reference letters and account confirmations
- •Prepare statements and formal audit letters
- •Manage mass mailings and client communications
