Aufgaben

  • Personalize client interactions across multiple digital channels
  • Enhance digital capabilities when technology gaps are identified
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Validate client payment instructions into Avaloq
  • Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and risk teams
  • Support risk management, compliance, and collections functions
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in prescribed activities
  • Supervise team resources and support professional development
  • Escalate policy or procedure breaches appropriately
  • Embed new risk mitigation policies and procedures
  • Advise and influence decisions within your expertise
  • Strengthen controls for owned work areas
  • Analyze factual information to make evaluative judgements
  • Communicate complex or sensitive information to teams
  • Liaise with clients in English and French
  • Issue reference letters and account confirmations
  • Prepare statements and formal audit letters
  • Manage mass mailings and client communications
  • Resolve client complaints with legal and compliance
  • Manage multiple daily service requests and data
