Anforderungen
- •Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations
- •Good knowledge of FATCA/QI and CRS
- •Problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail
- •Teamwork, organization, and deadline management
- •Advanced English and optional French/German
- •Customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills
- •Proficiency in computerized account information systems
- •Positive and dynamic approach to work
- •Five years experience in similar role
- •Advantageous working knowledge of Avaloq
- •Working knowledge of basic Microsoft tools
- •Knowledge of Bank products and regulations
- •Experience in internal bank coordination

- •Identify and complete account opening documents
- •Collect account opening documentation from clients and the Front Office
- •Review and approve account opening and maintenance documents
- •Assess and approve FATCA and CRS documentation
- •Activate accounts and codify maintenance documentation in Avaloq
- •Recommend actions to improve the client servicing process
- •Produce regular reports on client servicing and track improvements
- •Contribute expertise to periodic projects to enhance process efficiency
- •Assume additional responsibilities based on team needs and personal development
