Anforderungen

  • •Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations
  • •Good knowledge of FATCA/QI and CRS
  • •Problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • •Teamwork, organization, and deadline management
  • •Advanced English and optional French/German
  • •Customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills
  • •Proficiency in computerized account information systems
  • •Positive and dynamic approach to work
  • •Five years experience in similar role
  • •Advantageous working knowledge of Avaloq
  • •Working knowledge of basic Microsoft tools
  • •Knowledge of Bank products and regulations
  • •Experience in internal bank coordination

Aufgaben

  • •Identify and complete account opening documents
  • •Collect account opening documentation from clients and the Front Office
  • •Review and approve account opening and maintenance documents
  • •Assess and approve FATCA and CRS documentation
  • •Activate accounts and codify maintenance documentation in Avaloq
  • •Recommend actions to improve the client servicing process
  • •Produce regular reports on client servicing and track improvements
  • •Contribute expertise to periodic projects to enhance process efficiency
  • •Assume additional responsibilities based on team needs and personal development
