As a Private Banking Assistant, you will work closely with Private Bankers to provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. Your role involves managing client portfolios, processing orders, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •Academic or commercial education in the financial field
• •Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, in a similar role
• •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, ideally knowledge of G2 in-house tool
• •Perfect command of English and French
• •Very good knowledge of Private Banking services
• •Pleasant personality and ability to work as part of a team
• •Commercial spirit and excellent presentation
• •Domicile in Switzerland

Aufgaben

• •Support Private Bankers in client activities
• •Provide clients with portfolio information
• •Verify and process transfer and market orders
• •Liaise with internal services for client requests
• •Manage account openings and monitor account activities
• •Handle cash management and overdrafts
• •Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and KYC
• •Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
• •Manage client mailing
• •Assist clients with online access
