Aufgaben
- Support Private Bankers in administrative and commercial activities
- Provide clients with information about their portfolios
- Verify, process, and place transfer and market orders as per client instructions
- Follow up on client orders
- Liaise with internal services for timely execution of client requests
- Manage account openings and monitor accounts and cash management
- Handle overdrafts with attention to detail
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and documentation updates
- Monitor FCRM alerts in collaboration with Private Bankers
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and business development
- Manage client mailing
- Assist clients with online access
