- Monitor task progress and ensure follow-up
- Cooperate closely with various departments
- Collaborate in team marketing activities
- Maintain prospect lists
- Write marketing letters
- Organize team meetings
- Organize business trips
- Ensure follow-up on marketing activities
- Coordinate internal meetings
- Coordinate meetings with clients or prospects
- Assist with preparing presentations
- Provide client servicing in French and English
- Assist with prospecting in French and English
- Participate in client calls with Client Advisor
- Participate in client calls with Investment Department
