In this role, you will be the backbone of the team, supporting Relationship Managers by handling client requests, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth operations. Your day will involve maintaining client records, promoting e-channel usage, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Aufgaben

• •Support Relationship Managers with client requests
• •Place orders and execute payments
• •Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
• •Maintain and update client records and preferences
• •Create system-based reports for Relationship Managers
• •Process trades, transactions, and client requests
• •Promote the use of e-channels for Intermediaries & FO
• •Monitor maturity lists for deposits and loans
• •Organize and follow up on client meetings
• •Assist in investigations and troubleshooting
• •Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies
• •Raise concerns and escalate issues as necessary
