In this role, you will support Relationship Managers by handling client requests, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining client records, promoting e-channel usage, and collaborating with internal teams to address inquiries.

Aufgaben

• •Support Relationship Managers with client requests
• •Place orders and execute payments
• •Handle client inquiries and provide data
• •Maintain and update client records
• •Create system-based reports for Relationship Managers
• •Process trades and transactions outside e-channels
• •Promote usage of Intermediaries & FO e-channels
• •Monitor maturity lists for deposits and loans
• •Organize and follow up on client meetings
• •Assist in investigations and troubleshooting
• •Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies
• •Act as the first line of risk defense by raising concerns
