In this role, you will lead the commercial launch readiness process, ensuring that new products and services are effectively introduced to international markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and driving actions that align with market needs for successful launches.

Anforderungen

• •Ability to travel 25% of working time
• •Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
• •12+ years of cross functional management experience
• •8+ years of experience leading complex teams in healthcare or related fields
• •Proficiency in implementing multiple operational and marketing projects
• •Strong understanding of program and project management processes
• •Expert project management software skills including Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Office
• •Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
• •Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• •Experience in marketing or new product planning
• •Experience with commercial operations
• •Program management certification or equivalent
• •Change management certification
