  • •8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business process management
  • •Proven track record in launch readiness and market entry operations
  • •Strong experience managing external partners and alliances
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
  • •Experience collaborating with logistics, supply chain, QA, and lab operations teams
  • •Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • •Fluency in English; German or French is a plus

  • •Align operational strategies with global standards and regional needs
  • •Optimize the playbook for operations launch readiness
  • •Champion process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
