- Act as alliance manager during launch readiness and hyper-care phases
- Implement operations services with in-house functions
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, QA, and lab operations
- Align operational strategies with global standards and regional needs
- Optimize the playbook for operations launch readiness
- Champion process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
