Aufgaben
- Develop and implement the Product Operating Model for Therapeutic Dermatology and Biologics.
- Spearhead major Therapeutic Dermatology and Biologics product launches.
- Manage products throughout their full life-cycle.
- Establish and ensure high-performing product teams.
- Serve as a change leader for the Product Operating Model.
- Lead Therapeutic Dermatology (including Biologics) Product Operations Teams.
- Apply knowledge across supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, finance, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
- Lead geographic roll-outs and lifecycle management projects.
- Integrate emerging brand strategy insights into operational plans.
- Analyze and synthesize multi-functional data for strategic guidance.
- Drive upstream alignment for major launches.
- Act as the primary Operations point of contact for launches.
- Partner with Operations leadership and stakeholders for communication.
- Play a key role in the Therapeutic Dermatology (including Biologics) Core Team.
- Lead product risk management to anticipate and mitigate supply risks.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues.
- Lead Global Product Teams to craft integrated product strategies.
- Champion and role-model the Product Operating Model.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and alignment.
