- Drive innovation based on dermatological science and patient needs
- Ensure competitive differentiation and strong clinical evidence
- Partner with regional and local teams for successful product launches
- Optimize global brand positioning and messaging consistency
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Act as key interface between global headquarters and regional organizations
- Foster high-performance, collaborative culture across teams
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and industry experts
- Represent the company at global conferences and scientific forums
- Engage with external partners for innovation and strategic collaborations
