Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for Rare Blood Disorders
- Drive operational excellence and E2E product supply
- Shape long-term strategic plans with Global Business Unit
- Establish strategic principles for product and brand lifecycle
- Design and implement supply chain and network strategies
- Manage inventory levels and stock policies for Therapeutic Area
- Oversee E2E value stream for 0-3/4 years horizon
- Execute key product strategies across sites and functions
- Support commercial growth for new and established products
- Act as primary supply chain contact to Global Franchise Head
- Ensure one plan for all commercial operations
- Represent supply chain in management committees
- Drive and oversee Therapeutic Area Supply Chain performance
- Set product supply policies within global guidance
- Collaborate with Global Franchise, Manufacturing, and Sourcing
- Oversee supply chain deliverables and support joint governance
- Build and maintain a first-in-class team
- Identify and implement required resources and expertise
- Establish harmonized ways of working across Product Leaders
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
