Global Supply Chain Therapeutic Area Head – Global Launch Center(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Strategy development and long-range planning budgeting
- Solid knowledge of IBP process
- Experience in driving change through performance and capability
- Advanced knowledge of Demand Forecast and Supply Management
- Scenario modeling with multiple variables, identifying key drivers, risks, financials, and sensitivity analysis
- Understanding of business requirements, especially in key markets
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Successful leadership in complex matrix environments across multiple teams and geographies
- Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing people
- Enterprise leader with E2E business vision, prioritizing common interest for Sanofi and patients
- Strategic thinking and disruptive approach to challenge status quo and consider long-term implications
- Leadership skills for partnering with internal stakeholders and transversal work capacity
- M&S Leaders Decision Support: timely, data-based decision-making scenarios in fast-moving, complex environment to drive performance and progress
- Fluent English
- Seamless, daily collaboration across medical affairs, commercial strategy, regulatory, manufacturing & supply, market access, and digital teams
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for Rare Blood Disorders
- Drive operational excellence and E2E product supply
- Shape long-term strategic plans with the Global Business Unit
- Establish strategic principles for product and brand lifecycle
- Design and implement supply chain and network strategies
- Manage inventory levels and endorse stock policies
- Oversee E2E value stream for 0-3/4 years horizon
- Execute key product strategies across sites and functions
- Support commercial growth for new and established products
- Act as primary supply chain contact to Global Franchise Head
- Ensure launch excellence and support commercial operations
- Represent supply chain in management committees
- Drive E2E Therapeutic Area Supply Chain performance
- Set product supply policies within global guidance
- Collaborate with Global Franchise, Manufacturing & Supply, and Sourcing committees
- Oversee supply chain deliverables and support joint governance
- Build and maintain a high-performing team
- Identify and implement required resources and expertise
- Establish effective team structures and processes
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Build expertise within the team
- Harmonize ways of working across Product Leaders and Planners
