Anforderungen
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in pricing and reimbursement
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, health economics, life sciences, or public health
- MBA or other Graduate/higher-level Degree
- Deep financial and commercial understanding
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and Agile leadership skills
- Commitment to optimizing processes for quality and efficiency
- Ability to design and implement global value-based pricing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the global reimbursement environment
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Aufgaben
- Develop global value-based pricing strategies for products
- Utilize analytics to assess pricing elasticity and forecast trends
- Manage profitability for prioritized pipeline and on-market products
- Co-lead the implementation of innovative pricing and contracting solutions
- Collaborate with access and commercial stakeholders to enhance market access
- Provide guidance for exception management and local strategy development
- Monitor pricing and generate insights using internal databases
- Deliver actionable insights to affiliates, regions, and IBTs
- Establish and lead pricing committee meetings
- Issue price memos and drive pricing governance
- Maintain and monitor pricing policies, controls, and KPIs
- Conduct payer, reimbursement, and pricing research to inform strategy
- Provide consolidated pricing and reimbursement advice to product teams
- Partner with IBTs and Product Managers on recommended price setting
