Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in business economics, life sciences, public health, marketing, or related discipline
  • Additional educational programs in market access preferred
  • 5+ years commercial and/or access experience in diagnostic/pharmaceutical industry
  • Additional experience in Strategy, Marketing, or Health Policy preferred
  • Combined experience at affiliate and global levels preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Access landscape and country archetypes
  • Strong mindset of growth and continuous learning
  • In-depth understanding of payers and value drivers
  • In-depth understanding of Access, Pricing & Reimbursement and Policy trends
  • Strong relationships with key access stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead diverse teams through smart leadership
  • Innovation driven mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in another relevant language

Aufgaben

  • Research and analyze access coverage, reimbursement levels, health and payer policies, competitive access landscapes
  • Identify business opportunities through access and assess the probability and impact of positive change
  • Consolidate and provide relevant access insights
  • Support the development and execution of global access strategies and tools
  • Act as a catalyst and coach for regional and affiliate implementation of global access strategies
  • Identify gaps and tailor approaches to accelerate reimbursement and funding for prioritized products
  • Create frameworks for efficient transfer of global strategies
  • Catalyze learning, sharing, and collaboration across organizations and territories
  • Lead the Access Nexus pilot for your area
  • Support regions and affiliates in executing payer-relevant access approaches
  • Address access, reimbursement, and funding barriers holistically
  • Lead projects to enhance local access capabilities and drive business growth
  • Support regions and affiliates in building plans and networks for sustainable Health Care Systems
  • Affect regulatory frameworks of payers, Health Technology Assessment bodies, and their advising network
