Anforderungen

• •10 years' experience in finance roles
• •Experience in multinational environments or Big Advisory
• •Background in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or rare disease
• •Proven business partnering skills
• •Strong financial and strategic acumen
• •Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
• •Fluency in English and European languages
• •Ability to communicate complex financial topics
• •Experience developing reporting packages and KPIs
• •University degree, MBA, or equivalent
• •Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE

• •Maintain accurate P&L forecasting and financial controls
• •Leverage Global Finance Services to enhance efficiency
• •Analyze IHQ performance across patients and revenue
• •Align financial data with Market Access teams
• •Manage operational expenses for IHQ spend
• •Mentor and develop business controllers and analysts
• •Provide training on revenue models and analytical tools
