In this role, you will play a vital part in the financial planning process, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building financial models, presenting insights, and driving improvements in planning tools and processes.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• •MBA or professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) preferred
• •7+ years experience in FP&A
• •Deep involvement in planning and forecasting in complex, global organizations
• •Strong technical proficiency in planning systems and data visualization tools
• •Demonstrated ability to drive process automation and technology-enabled improvements in finance

Aufgaben

• •Support global budgeting and forecasting processes
• •Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
• •Drive improvements in templates, timelines, and data quality
• •Manage local budgeting processes, including cost and overhead rates
• •Collaborate with businesses and the Controlling Practice & Operations team
• •Build financial models and scenarios for decision-making
• •Present clear, actionable insights based on data analysis
• •Work closely with business units to ensure data accuracy
• •Deliver relevant insights to support decision-making
• •Assist the Financial Planning Team Lead with daily tasks
• •Prepare and drive meetings and workshops
• •Create management presentations and reports for headquarters
• •Promote the adoption of planning and forecasting tools
• •Drive changes towards efficient, technology-enabled planning processes
