- Strong accounting and consolidation knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
- Reliability in meeting strict deadlines
- Skill in analyzing complex issues
- Trust building and collaboration skills
- Team player with knowledge-sharing mindset
- Effective communication in multicultural environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Consolidate periodic Group financial statements under IFRS
- Monitor affiliate data submissions and consolidation processes
- Review completeness of assigned affiliate financial data
- Coordinate complex transaction accounting with Tax and Treasury
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Advise subsidiaries on complex accounting treatments
- Analyze financial statements for significant movements and deviations
- Prepare the annual report and published financial presentations
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses to executive leadership
- Support half-year and year-end closing activities
- Develop and update annual report financial notes
- Upgrade financial consolidation and reporting systems
- Implement changes to Group reporting policies and procedures
- Lead on-site balance sheet reviews of key affiliates
- Contribute to specialized financial projects
