- Understanding of financial accounting processes

- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Affinity for BI or reporting tools

- Practical approach and attention to detail
- Curious and solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborative teamwork skills
- Resilience working with tight deadlines
- Fluent English skills
- German or other language skills welcome
Aufgaben
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Ensure compliance with Swiss Code and company policies
- Prepare and review financial statements and notes
- Maintain equity, intercompany, and investment schedules
- Supervise functional and business controllers
- Coordinate with accounting operations for group reporting
- Prepare deliverables and clarify treatments for statutory audits
- Maintain internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
- Support automation initiatives in SAP and PowerBI
- Provide technical accounting guidance to finance teams
