Anforderungen
- Chartered Accountant, preferably Swiss qualified, or equivalent with Bachelor’s degree, or qualified by experience in financial consolidation
- Relevant Master’s degree advantageous
- Professional training in Big 4 accounting firms or multinational headquarters finance
- Extensive group multi-currency consolidation and reporting experience
- Working knowledge of accounting systems, especially SAP and HFM (advantage)
- Successful project management experience delivering on-time, on-quality under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations
- Strong working knowledge of data analytics and interpretation using statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems, preferably HFM
- Fluent in English; other major languages a plus
- Delivers accurate, timely, compliant financial reporting with strong ownership
- Manages multiple priorities while improving reporting processes, systems, and controls
- Builds strong partnerships across global finance teams for alignment and data accuracy
- Adapts to evolving business and regulatory needs while driving improvements
Aufgaben
- Support preparation of audited annual consolidated financial statements
- Develop expertise in specific IFRS topics
- Share key IFRS issues with regional finance teams
- Review monthly consolidated financial statements
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reports for shareholders
- Collaborate with finance teams to collect and validate financial data
- Prepare statutory financial statements for Swiss entities
- Serve as business contact for Hyperion Financial Management
- Participate in business combinations and post-acquisition integrations
- Ensure knowledge sharing and flexibility within the reporting team
- Engage in ad-hoc activities with regional and local finance teams
