Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of finance experience, with proven involvement in accounting and reporting
- Bachelor and master degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Experience in Consolidation and FP&A
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or Swiss code of obligations
- Swiss income taxes experience or willingness to learn
- HFM experience strongly preferred / SAP FI/CO an advantage
- Very strong Excel, VBA, and SQL knowledge
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Forecast EBIT and cash flow
- Prepare annual operating plan (budget)
- Prepare financial statements for Swiss legal entity
- Ensure compliance with Swiss Code of Obligations
- File Swiss tax returns and ensure tax compliance
- Support year-end change project
- Prepare audit PBC list and lead external audit procedures
- Present financials to management
- Collaborate with treasury, tax, corporate planning, and external reporting teams
- Control corporate entities, focusing on intercompany loans and interest
- Manage FX and hedging transactions
- Handle investments, equity, SI, and accruals
- Ensure timely and accurate entity closing
- Assist shared resources with day-to-day queries
- Review monthly results, focusing on EBIT and cash flow
- Explain variances across corporate entities
- Analyze FX and financial instruments impacts
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and forecasts
- Ensure accuracy of intercompany recharges
- Prepare tax and cash flow statutory reporting packages
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
- Monitor SOX compliance and internal controls
- Contribute to step plans for significant transactions
- Support IC financing, entity liquidations, M&A, tax restructuring, and entities integration projects
- Participate in fiscal year change project
