- Partner with HR for financial oversight of STI schemes
- Forecast and track STI performance
- Support leadership reporting on STI
- Manage AI-driven initiatives in FP&A
- Implement advanced analytics and automation
- Enhance forecasting and decision support
- Prepare Board of Directors materials
- Deliver clear, insight-driven analysis
- Contribute to monthly Executive Committee reporting
- Provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Interface with Investor Relations, Strategy, and Communications
- Develop high-quality financial presentations
- Conduct ongoing and ad hoc performance analysis
- Generate actionable insights for resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional finance transformation initiatives
