Consolidating financial data and preparing regional/global reports for a global biopharmaceutical company. Minimum 3 years FP&A experience in Pharma/Medical Device required. Real-time data dashboards, SAP BPC, and Power BI experience essential.

Anforderungen

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years FP&A/Commercial Finance experience in Pharma/Medical Device
  • Experience in matrix, MNC environment
  • Excellent Excel (Macros), PowerPoint, Microsoft applications, SAP
  • Essential experience with SAP, SAP BPC, Power BI
  • RPA and AI experience is a plus
  • Proficient English speaking ability
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethics, communication/interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Works in a highly collaborative and customer-oriented manner
  • Inquisitive, highly analytical, strategic mindset
  • Drives innovative and creative solutions
  • Ability to manage large datasets and multiple priorities efficiently
  • Understands time sensitivity and delivers on time
  • Enjoyment of dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Maintain monthly expense reports
  • Analyze expenses for accurate forecasting
  • Prepare variance analysis commentaries
  • Support affiliate Product P&L preparation
  • Analyze spend trends
  • Prepare monthly S&OP reports
  • Maintain ad-hoc dashboards
  • Support business case preparations
  • Ensure internal controls compliance
  • Identify and validate financial assumptions
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Lead improvement projects
  • Participate in regional and global projects
