- Previous experience leading a small team
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Own the EMEA P&L including budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor P&L to provide visibility and insights
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for the EMEA leadership
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly budget development
- Partner with EMEA Marketing and Development teams
- Analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior performance
- Deliver financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Lead integration of new businesses within the segment
- Design workplans and provide technical foresight for integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic decision-making
- Identify business opportunities and materialize solutions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders
- Align financial objectives with Global Finance and Development
- Coordinate with Global Tax, Accounting, and Corporate Development
- Collaborate with Profitability, Field teams, and Franchise Partners
- Lead financial and business system integration projects independently
- Provide financial modeling for regional commercial deals
- Support partnerships and strategic initiatives through modeling
- Report directly to the International FP&A Director
