Aufgaben

• •Incorporate investment vehicles across multiple global jurisdictions
• •Coordinate service level agreements for new structures
• •Manage onboarding processes with internal and external providers
• •Update offering documents and legal agreements
• •Maintain compliance with regulatory and tax regimes
• •Conduct service provider RFPs
• •Update the internal private equity investment database
• •Administer internal management committees
