- •Prioritize requests and prepare high-quality documents
- •Anticipate needs for meetings and travel
- •Coordinate complex international business travel and itineraries
- •Research and book flights, hotels, and visas
- •Schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- •Organize onsite meetings and coordinate catering
- •Prepare materials for various team meetings
- •Register team members for key industry events
- •Create presentation packages for internal governance bodies
- •Handle incoming calls and mail distribution
- •Process monthly expense reports accurately
- •Support the Private Equity Management Investment Team
- •Provide administrative backup for international colleagues
- •Share best practices to improve team efficiency
