Anforderungen

  • •Extensive experience in private markets operations, portfolio monitoring, data analytics, or related roles
  • •Strong expertise in investment metrics and operational KPIs
  • •Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
  • •Experience of private markets systems such as DealCloud, Investran and iLEVEL
  • •Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • •Several years of professional experience in operational management and process improvement
  • •Proven ability to manage end-to-end operational activities within defined timelines and KPIs
  • •Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • •Demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and execute requests based on business impact
  • •Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • •Exposure to system implementations or organizational change initiatives
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English; German would be an asset
  • •Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • •Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated team player

  • •Motivate and develop the portfolio monitoring team
  • •Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • •Champion change and support adoption of new tools and processes
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • •Encourage team suggestions for operational enhancements
  • •Support larger strategic change initiatives with project teams
