- Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in operational management and process improvement
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end operational activities within defined timelines and KPIs
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and execute requests based on business impact
- Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Exposure to system implementations or organizational change initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English; German would be an asset
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated team player
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage data extraction and request handling processes
- Ensure delivery within defined SLAs, timelines, and KPIs
- Proactively identify and address operational risks and quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and process efficiency
- Scale operational capabilities and resources with business growth
- Motivate and develop the portfolio monitoring team
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Champion change and support adoption of new tools and processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Encourage team suggestions for operational enhancements
- Support larger strategic change initiatives with project teams
