Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in private markets operations, portfolio monitoring, data analytics, or related roles
- •Strong expertise in investment metrics and operational KPIs
- •Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
- •Experience of private markets systems such as DealCloud, Investran and iLEVEL
- •Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- •Several years of professional experience in operational management and process improvement
- •Proven ability to manage end-to-end operational activities within defined timelines and KPIs
- •Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
- •Demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and execute requests based on business impact
- •Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- •Exposure to system implementations or organizational change initiatives
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English; German would be an asset
- •Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- •Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated team player
