As a Portfolio Monitoring Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team focused on data extraction and quality assurance. You will drive operational excellence while adapting to growing data demands and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

• •Extensive experience in private markets operations, portfolio monitoring, data analytics, or related roles
• •Strong expertise in investment metrics and operational KPIs
• •Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
• •Experience with private markets systems such as DealCloud, Investran, and iLEVEL
• •Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• •Several years of professional experience in operational management and process improvement
• •Proven ability to manage end-to-end operational activities within defined timelines and KPIs
• •Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
• •Demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and execute requests based on business impact
• •Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• •Exposure to system implementations or organizational change initiatives
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
• •Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• •Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated team player
