Anforderungen
- KV degree or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management
- Positive, client-centric mindset with strong service orientation
- Working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism
- Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks
- Efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility
- Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Database management experience (bonus)
Aufgaben
- Own the full investor onboarding journey
- Serve as a key contact for investors
- Serve as a key contact for administrators
- Guide investors through onboarding
- Ensure compliance with global policies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Maintain investor data accurately
- Update investor data accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams on FATCA/CRS
- Collaborate with internal teams on KYC/AML
- Resolve onboarding queries
- Contribute to process improvement projects
- Contribute to digitalization projects
- Contribute to system enhancement projects
- Foster communication among stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional investor experience
